Do you already have your tequila?Climbing tomorrow so I'm going to take it easy tonight. But tomorrow night is gonna be birthday tequila night
Do you already have your tequila?
Whatcha got?I do. Might take a little taste tonight....
Living up to your title! Quite disturbing.
Growing up in Wisconsin, beer drinking capitol of the world, I can honestly say there were two beers we always avoided and those were Pabst and Schlitz. There were so many others that were far better even local brews like Old Style, Point, and Leinenkugels could put Pabst to shame. How PBR became popular... The new gen... so desperate to be original, but devoid of any creativity, is forced to "cover" existing material.
Take something horrible and bring it back.
Hey, have you tried cauliflower pizza? OMG, you can barely tell the difference.
Tonight Im going to batter up and fry a litter-box turd, and then serve it with a belly button lint and toe cheese dipping sauce. But tomorrow it's cauliflower pizza!
Try getting into additive free tequilas. You won’t regret it.View attachment 8034
The tallboy is the birthday bottle. It appears someone polished off my Don Julio 70, though....

Get ya' some Pepe' Lopez; nice and clean and you will never throw up out the passenger window of your car while your buddies drive and laugh at you...What do you mean?
Because of lax regulation in the industry, many tequilas (Don Julio, Casamigos, Espolon, etc.) are allowed to put additives in their tequila to make them have a certain flavor profile. Sweeteners, lime, vanilla and the like can drastically alter the natural flavor. There are limits to how much sweetener can be added so many producers will use a glycerine product 1000x sweeter than sugar so that they can make their tequila sweeter. More tequilas than not have additives. What do you mean?

Brands like Ocho, Fortaleza, Siete Leguas, and Cascahuin are all additive free and present the truest expression of tequila.
It doesn’t mean any of those like DJ, Patron, Herradura, etc. are bad. In fact, I like them just fine. Clase Azul is a very interesting, high end tequila but also has a lot of additives to make it attractive as a dessert tequila.Thanks. In any event, all three of those bottles were gifts (the Avion to wifey and the other two to me).
