I remember buying the "screaming life" EP at the Pike Place market back in highschool, at the Subpop shop.
Vinyl was kind of a thing 20+ years ago.
Sitting there, dropping the needle, and looking through the liner notes.
Music used to be more of an experience.

movies were too. going to a theater was an event. even just going to
blockbuster. most things now are too easy to access from home.

the needle on vinyl is part of it i agree. triggers certain memories and feelings.
more authentic i think yes?
