Good for you! Keep in mind that usually about 2-3 months in there's a dip in your spirits as things become routine. Don't get discontented because of it.

- Head-med 1

- Flax seed
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Blood pressure med
- Cholesterol med
- I wonder what the long term affects of all this shit is?
- If I stop it some day, will I become smart and sharp again?
- Will I go postal?
- It's amazing that all of these meds were synthesized from Earths compounds, and that they combat the effects of various stresses.
- All of my stresses are from other people.

Was doing irrigation work today.
Digging up mixed soil/clay, looking for wires, to get some heads running.

Things are falling into place at the ol' brewery. Our head brewer is off for a week for personal reasons, so I'm running the whole brew deck. The whole company rests on my shoulders, which is rad as hell. I'm learning a LOT in his absense - *fuck around and find out* isn't just a threat, it's the scientific method, right? Goofing around, figuring out what does what, finally internalizing the methods and procedures he was trying to force me to learn.
