im thinking its a don't care attitude. just here for a check. working in machining i saw things that were sent out,When Boeing moved their HQ out of Seattle, I thought "There's the beginning of problems."
Doesn't this feel EXACTLY like another company abandoning its roots, going for the the buck and abandoning the principles that built it??
As a guy who grew up in Washington, I always preferred to fly in Boeing aircraft. No longer. That says a lot.
I think they should move back to Seattle and restore the building procedures they had when they left. I have a friend who worked at Boeing and he told me how thorough their process was. It's clearly no longer in force.
that i knew were coming back. no pride in their work. even when i had tolerances i tried for perfection. could be over worked and under appreciated workers too. pushing for production instead of quality. getting rid of the talent for less paid workers. it bites you sooner or later.
