Dinner tonight was salmon cakes with a salad that Rick made. I made the salmon cakes the same way I’d make crab cakes, if I could get blue crab meat here. It’s too expensive though. One of these days I’ll splurge on it and do it right. May experiment with some Dungeness first, just to make sure I don’t waste the blue when I get it, since it’s been forever since I made crab cakes.
Anyway, here’s the photo of tonight’s salmon cakes. I ended up scraping off most of the sauce because the cakes were so good without it.
