You guys make some amazing food. My little mundane dinner tonight is spaghetti sauce with lamb. I made this accidentally sometime around 1982 when I grabbed the wrong meat from the freezer at a friend’s house. We had company that night and everyone raved it was the best spaghetti they ever had. When I went to grab meat for the next evening, I noticed the lamb that had been in there the day before was gone. So, yeah, that’s why it was good.
It just looks like red sauce but here is a picture anyway.
