9 days left for Sober October.
Honestly I’m thinking of going past that goal and try thru November as well.
64 hrs into my water fast. Feeling really good burning ketones instead of sugar.
I was initially going for 72 hours but feel like I can go 86 now.
If anyone’s interested or feel like it’s something they might wanna try let me know. Just putting it out there because I’m feeling tons better mentally and physically.
