I had a moment of panic last night when I finally got to fire up the bass pedal board I put together. I was getting noise but no signal. I could see the signal on the meters and RTA. Turned out be a crappy power supply. The signal was there but the acoustic guitar was loud enough I wasn't hearing the monitor signal over the noise I was getting and didn't want to turn it up louder while it was making that racket. 1 Spot otw.

Going down the one man IEM rabbit hole. Generally not a fan, but my current outlet - generally if I can hear myself I feel I'm tool loud for the mix.
We have gobs of aux mixes available, but in the interest of monitoring in stereo (cause I can) , I settled on a Rolls PM351 and an Amazon UHF IEM TX/RX pack with existing earbuds. I can run a mic if I need to but for this gig I'll just take one (mono) aux feed and feed that to the Line in.

Trying to figure out how to compactly and neatly get USB-C power for the TX. I have spare 9v outs. My 12v and 18v are in use and 12v is the guitar wireless which is noise sensitive. Anyone else been down this rabbit hole of trying to be the only guy on IEM?
