My daughter's dance performance is about to begin.

She started work in October and was stoked about it until two weeks ago. She might have been trying to tell us something with her addition to the flyer.

...Kiddo killed it. She asked me on the drive down if she had to smile and I said yes and did my best to explain why (channeling Chuck Berry).
When she came out and saw us front and center, the smile that bloomed on her face gave the whole front row sunburn. Her routines were great and the overall show was mercifully short thanks to impressively disciplined changeovers between bits.
