Seriously I can't seem to connect without captcha every other time I visit. Whats up?

It's the worst, and even though this version of the site beats the Hell out of 1.0, it seems I STILL need a web designer.
It used to be by default that when members signed up, the site would send them emails, usually notifications that a thread they're following had movement.
Yahoo interpreted those emails as robots/ spam, and flagged them. As a result, our ISP stuck a giant stick of dry corn up our ass and now we have this CAPTCHA.
So... I either need someone who understands this crap to configure the settings which will then allow us to ditch it, or I need a new ISP.
As it sit's I'm trying to just switch ISP's, but for financial reasons, it's better off to run this one out.
