Mixed greens, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, shallot, and…wait for it…Marie’s Super Blue Cheese amped up with even more Bleu cheese crumbles.
The sauce wasn’t as creamy as the last one you made, Ded, but it was still good. Thanks for the reminder.

cleff, im thinking of making a hot dog chili. ground chuck,a chili seasoning,chopped jalapenos,onions. fry the chuck chopping it a little adding water seasonings and peppers ,onions. what you think?cook it down and go. easy peasy.

gonna deep fry. then onion rings anyway tomorrows menu. haven't decided on the type of dog. polish smoked or hebrew national. nathans are good. many options. i agree a grilled dog would be perfect but no grill.

I saw a video of someone doing it, and putting thin slices on the dog before deepfrying.

I wish I had the energy to type up my Chili recipe but, alas, that will have to wait another day.
You’re on the right track though, Ponch. I think what you typed up sounds fine. If you use cubed chuck roast, I might suggest pulling out the cooked meat at the end (twss), shredding it (twss), and putting it back in (twss).
